Nittany Lions walk off with series win over Hawkeyes

I said coming into the weekend that the Nits would have to win three as a minimum. Unfortunately, the other contenders have been playing almost equally as well and the Nits are still only a game and a half ahead of seventh. They really need to solidify their position with another win tomorrow. A loss and they could be right back where they started the weekend – barely hanging onto a tournament spot.
All three games this weekend have been thrillers. Come Monday, I’m going to chart each of the games to really call out the key moments and performers in the games.
