Weekly RPI Report

PSU’s RPI unfortunately showed the impact of playing a team like New York Tech (in the RPI, they are currently ranked 300th of the 302 teams playing D1 baseball) . We started the week out with an RPI of 101 but, despite winning each of our games, our RPI continued to fall. Following each of our wins, our RPI dropped, going to first #145, then #154, and finally to #167. I’m not sure what you learn by playing teams that bad.
