Scott, a 2007 12th round draft choice of the Cincinnati Reds, missed all of the 2008 season with an elbow injury. He’s back this year pitching in relief for the Dayton Dragons. Scott pitched a scoreless inning of relief in Dayton’s home opener on Saturday.
