The Carlisle Sentinel is report that RHP Renny Parthemore of Cedar Cliff HS in Harrisburg has signed to play ball with Penn State. Parthemore recorded a 3-2 record this year with an 3.05 ERA over 25.2 innings of work. In those 25+ innings Parthemore struck out 25 while walking 20.
