Collegian: Lions stay hot, defeat Iowa

Mike Wanamaker pitched a career-high eight innings Friday to lead the Penn State baseball team (21-23, 8-8 Big Ten) to a 6-2 victory over Iowa (19-25, 6-10).
Wanamaker allowed 11 hits, but he erased many of them with 10 strikeouts while allowing just two runs. The win improved Wanamaker's record to 4-2.
